As the reigning World Champion in Deadlift Powerlifting and holder of the U90kg powerlifting deadlift record, my experience of strength training and competition is first-class. I can teach you a wide variety of strength training techniques to improve your overall fitness, core stability and coordination for all types of sport and activities.
