About

When it comes to my body or mind, boundaries are not something that confine me or ever have. Tell me I can’t do something, and I will find a way. If someone tells me they can’t do something, I will show them the way.

I have always been perceived as sporty and knew from a young age that I didn’t want a desk job and needed a challenging career. So, in 2001 I joined up as a Royal Marine Commando and embarked on a 6-year career that sent me to some of the most dangerous places in the world. I learned a great deal of life saving skills and worked with all different nationalities in hostile environments. It was during this time I became aware of how important it was to have both my mind and body in tune with each other and that achieving any kind of physical excellence took discipline.

Having left the Royal Marines, I chose to move into Close Protection, yet another career thats tested my life skills and put me in several extremely hostile dangerous situations. I was lucky enough to work for some of the worlds best and leading security companies in the industry and also some of the most recognised people in the world and as a result this allowed me the opportunity to explore my strength abilities as I had access to some of the best training facilities. This is when my love for training was really born and I became obsessed with pushing my limits.

During my 5 years of competitive training I have competed in mainly strongman competitions. of which I have won Northampton, Chester and London strongest man. I have also competed at SCL World championships representing England 2017 and 2018, of which I’ve made the finals both times.

I Currently hold the UK U90kg powerlifting deadlifting record which is 326kg and I have just competed in the GPC powerlifting world championships representing UK of which I won the U90kg deadlift.

Making me the World Champion in Deadlift Powerlifting 2019.

Based on the Suffolk/Norfolk border I’m now making my passion my career and have started formally accepting male and female clients for both personal training and powerlifting coaching – online and offline.

I have completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and also Level 2 Powerlifting Coach Qualification.
