As the New Year is well underway now this month is vital and most important for those who are starting the fitness game and are already thinking about knocking it on the head . Just ask yourself why you started and what you want to achieve for 2020 ?Well if your still mulling it over and unsure here’s a few things to consider:

1, Determine your readiness – Make sure your ready physically and mentally ready to start.

2, Create a plan – How many days you can train and for how long each session. Also what exercises to do on which days.
3, Take it easy – . You are much more likely to be successful if you take it easy at the beginning and work your way into the session instead of crashing in at the deep end.

4, Be realistic – Setting goals is a great idea, but make sure they are realistic and feasible.
For me my goals are :

Deadlift -340/360
Squat – 240/260
Bench – 150/170

Also get back into strongman and compete back upto a world standard.
All realistic goals if I can stay injury free. Good luck everyone 😊.
