Off season.

Since the World Championships I am giving the bicep a good few months rest. As it was just a partial tear so 25/30 % it shouldn’t take to long to heal but it has to be done correctly. All the myofibrils need to heal and I’m slowly upping my strength in my bicep again.

For the next 6 weeks tho I’ll use double over hand grip with straps just to be safe. The strength is certainly there tho as you can see below.

Training is going well and everything is on track and I look to compete again early March 2020 time.
